Hello! I’m Ann, a copyeditor and writer living in Maine. I've spent the past ten years in tech working as a software engineer, data engineer, and most recently as the director of data engineering at a consultancy. Before that I worked as a digital archivist, and before that I worked as a history professor. I have a PhD in history and after I left academia, I got an MS in information science focusing on archives and records management.
